- Salina's Noon Network AMBUCS started on April 12, 1992.
- We have approximately 60-70 members
- Members may be Full-time Members who attend weekly meetings or Associate Members who attend 1 meeting per month.
- Weekly meetings are held at noon every Thursday at Martinelli's Little Italy Restaurant.

History of AMBUCS
- The name AMBUCS originally was used as an acronym for "American Business Clubs." In 1961, the name AMBUCS was approved for official use by the organization.
- National AMBUCS, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization with a mission of inspiring mobility and independence.
- William L. White founded the first chapter in 1922 and funded the club by selling 2 million turpentine cups.
Local Chapters
There are more than 5,000 AMBUCS members spread throughout more than 145 chapters in more than 30 states.
Chapters raise approximately $1.7 million and fund scholarships and mobility.
How We Serve
Members support the Amtryke therapeutic tricycle program and Scholarships for Therapists.
We also perform various other forms of local community service.
What is an Amtryke
Amtrykes are unique therapeutic tricycles designed to allow people with special needs to experience the fun and freedom of riding a bike. Parents and therapists report that Amtrykes build strength, coordination, tone and self-esteem.
